The Roosevelt Institution interim Board of Directors governs the national Roosevelt Institution 501c(3) organization in accordance with the Charter. The Board holds legal responsibility for the organization and is responsible for corporate governance issues. The Board is comprised of founding Roosevelt Institution members and staff.
