"The boy who is going to make a great man must not make up his mind merely to overcome a thousand obstacles, but to win in spite of a thousand repulses and defeats."

Center on Foreign Affairs

Recalling the inspiring revelations of JFK, the Roosevelt Foreign Policy center notes that “the United States is neither omnipotent nor omniscient” and thus “there cannot be an American solution to every world problem.” However, we seek to address pressing issues in the international arena through a resurgence of progressive American leadership. By strengthening forums for international discourse, and restructuring economic institutions to bridge the gap between developed and developing America can build a platform for multilateralism and vibrant international discourse. By enhancing the form and function of development aid and coordinating comprehensive security at home and abroad that thrives not through the hollow rhetoric of fear but instead by upholding morally conscious policy, we will shed the growing stigma of a malevolent hegemon and fill the void of “leader of the free world”. Sound like fun, join us please…
