The center for Urban Planning and Community Development aims to address issues of urban development from a creative perspective.  The first part of the semester will focus on Detroit, in response to the dream.DETROIT event held last semester, and then will expand to include other urban landscapes. As a new center we will develop new methods to approaching urban planning and community development which will expand as the center grows
