National Legislative Director: Karl Stark Student Advisory Board The Student Advisory Board is a group of five active Roosevelt members who represent the views of our students.  This board oversees the National Staff (full and part time) and reports to the Board of Advisors. The regional staff, and the policy center strategists, and the full-time national staff constitute the senior staff and meet regularly to coordinate activities.   The Roosevelt Institution is a nonpartisan, nonprofit national think tank devoted to bringing students' policy ideas to the policy process.
