Tulane's Policy Centers

Tulane has three policy centers for the '07-'08 school year, which serve a dual purpose. First, they provide students with a forum to discuss problems they see in governance and society, particularly related to the recovery of the Gulf Coast region after Katrina. Second, they facilitate student production of progressive public-policy research, to be included in public discourse via policy expos and a variety of publications.

The policy centers and their coordinators are listed below. Please contact them if you would like to be added to their mailing list or with any other questions.

Education Reform:                                    Kirsten Hill (khill2@tulane.edu)

Sustainable Community Development:   John Patrick (jpatrick@tulane.edu)
