Bio:   Born in the District and raised just outside the city in Arlington, Virginia, Caitlin has ingested just enough DC politics to be hooked for life.  Having done some work in political campaigning and other nonprofits - particularly Jubilee Housing, an affordable housing provider in the Adams Morgan neighborhood of DC - she began full-time employment with the Roosevelt Institution after graduation.  She hopes to eventually continue her education by pursuing a PhD in Political Science, continuing her research in conflict & genocide.
