I recently returned from studying abroad in Costa Rica on an environmental sustainability program during the Spring semester of 2007.  I'm excited to get started this year and hope to see many new faces!   The Roosevelt Institution is a nonpartisan, nonprofit national think tank devoted to bringing students' policy ideas to the policy process.
