Kevin Kalhoefer is a fourth year History major at the University of California Davis. He was born in Singapore and raised in Hong Kong and the Philippines. His current interests economic development at home and abroad, intelligence issues, disaster preparedness and the media. He is currently the policy director for the Center for California Policy Studies.
