"It behooves every man to remember that the work of the critic is of altogether secondary importance, and that, in the end, progress is accomplished by the man who does things."

I am an (almost) fourth year at UC Davis, majoring in Environmental Policy Analysis and Planning with  political science and ecology minors.  I am also Program Director for the Campus Center for the Environment, an outreach organization that is part of the Associated Students for UCD.  In my spare time, I like to legislate with the Environmental Policy and Planning Comission. I should note here that I am not a hippy. I bathe, wear socks, and have listened to Slayer on occasion.

I am originally from southern California, and thus my major interests lie in preventing any where else from turning into it. I am especially interested in sustainable development and eliminating auto-centric community design. I hope to either pursue these interests abroad (Germany has an interesting urban sustainable development program) or attend law school.

I currently live in Davis with two roommates and a wookie.
