He is a Junior majoring in Honors Economics with a Mathematical Emphasis. He recently made a presentation on comprehensive health care reform to the Committee on Aging and Long-Term Care in the State of Wisconsin Assembly. He recommended a bill that would extend insurance to poor and near-poor children, alleviate the severe costs faced by the elderly by promoting proper financial planning, and increase the availability of insurance to adults. He has also been a contributor to the Wisconsin chapter’s monthly publication The Roosevelt Report. His most recent contribution compared the minimum wage to the Earned Income Tax Credit.
