Sarah Myers is a 3rd year media studies major at the University of Virginia, currently serving as Chief of Staff. She is also an associate editor for the Cavalier Daily, and works as the assistant to the director of special programs at the Miller Center of Public Affairs. 

Most recently, Sarah worked at the British Embassy in Washington as a member of the Public Affairs Team, and served an editorial internship at Congressional Quarterly Press. She is currently developing a distinguished majors thesis on the relationship between the press and the military during the Iraq war, and the nature of the military-media relationship in a global news environment.
