Collective Insight is a small technology startup based in Austin, TX. CI is building CommunityGoals, a Web application that empowers groups to raise money and accomplish goals together. David received a Masters in Public Affairs from the LBJ School of Public Affairs in May 2005. He has undergraduate degrees in Electrical Engineering and Plan II Liberal Arts at UT-Austin from May 2000. David has worked as a designer, programmer, and consultant for several technology companies. More broadly, his interests include democratic deliberation and science and technology policy. Other interests include philosophy, artificial intelligence, and information visualization.
