Eric Garcia is a senior at the University of Texas at Austin. Graduating this December, he will receive his degree in Government with a minor in Advertising. He brings an appreciation for the arts and athletics with him in the pursuit of curriculum reform at the primary and secondary education levels. Eric was a four year performer with the World Champion Cavaliers Drum and Bugle Corps and has been an instructor and clinician for numerous band programs around the country. His political background includes work with the 2004 Lloyd Doggett Congressional Campaign and most recently with the 79th Texas Legislature as a Legislative Aide for State Representative Tommy Merritt.
