His center presented work on funding mechanisms for developing an AIDS microbicide (which has been published and the Roosevelt Review) and on a new project investigating health insurance mandates in Connecticut. During the summer 2006, Rob presented an analysis of the Massachussetts health plan at the Roosevelt Policy Expo, and during the 2006-2007 academic year, served as a charter member of Roosevelt's Student Oversight Committee (SOC) and as a member of the editorial board.
