My name's Sarah, and I'm currently a 16-year old high school junior in the armpit state of New Jersey (not that it's all that bad, but I'd like to get out). I'm an active member of my community as well my school; I'm Vice Chair of the Economics and Finance Committee in my regions chapter of Model UN, I'm a panelist of the select club Fed Challenge, an editor on my school newspaper, and a devoted member of Amnesty International. I'm also interested in starting a school chapter of Young Politicians of America next year. Hopefully I'll be attending Georgetown when I graduate in 2008, and I'll be studying something pertaining to national or international politics and minoring in Journalism. Overall, I'm determined to get to wherever I'm headed or finish whatever I'm doing. It's a hard world out there, and I hope, no matter what path I choose, I can make it an easier world for everyone, a world at peace.
