Jaclyn has just graduated UC Davis with a major in International Relations and a minor in Political Science. She received many academic awards, and has moved back home to Southern California.

She submitted an article "Public Disclosure of Earmarks" which she was inaccurately informed would be published in the 25 ideas publication. She would like to announce to prospective employers that when sending her resume and cover letters out, she was under a flase impression that she would be published, and wishes to apologize for falsely discussing this with prosepective employers, family, and friends.
