My name is Vitaly.  I am a 3rd year Economics major. I am interested in impact of public policy and laws on economics, and visa versa. Another topic that interests me is freedom without limitations as long as rights and freedom of those around  is not incapacitated in any way. For example, legalization of drugs and several other topics.
