Krysten was born and raised in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and is currently a student at the University of Florida. She will be graduating in 2009 with a double major in Economics and Political Science, a certificate in Public Leadership through the Bob Graham Center for Public Service, and a certificate in Public Affairs. Krysten is very involved with the UF College Democrats as the Vice President of Political Affairs and is the founder of UF’s trial team. After graduation, she plans to pursue a law degree with concentrations in health, constitutional, and legislative law to prepare for a career in health and bioethics law and policy. In her free time, Krysten enjoys hanging out with friends, spinning, watching movies, reading, and hiking.
Projects:
For the summer of 2008, Krysten will be at the Roosevelt Institution as an Academy Fellow working on chapter services.
