Are you interested in the policy side of environmentalism, sustainability, or energy? The Texas Roosevelt Institution (TRI), UT’s first student-run progressive think tank, has created the Center on Energy & Environment for people like you! The center will focus on public policies, current events, and societal implications relating to the environment, sustainability, energy, natural resources, and more! TRI seeks students who understand that world is what we make of it — students who want their studies and research to have a real impact on society and government. TRI will help students get their ideas and research out of academia into the realm of decision makers. We will help channel student ideas onto the desks of policy makers, government administrators, and media. By working together, we will increase student impact in the policy process!
