In conjunction with Dr. Kerri Hartwig at EPH and the New Haven for a Healthier Community Coalition, we are examining methods for improving access to specialty care for Medicaid patients, which is a major barrier to care in Connecticut. We will look at incentives and improved monitoring through study in New Haven and comparative analysis with other states.
